            Terms of Reference:

 
 
·        To raise the profile of Home Library Services within public libraries.
·        Promote a forum for discussion on issues relating to Home Library Services.
·        Identifying needs in the provision of Home Library Services to maximise social inclusion and reader experience
·        Form working groups for specific activities or projects, reporting back to the HLSSIG committee and SIG convenor.
